Following successful shows in 2023 and 2024, Potfest is back for 2025! Operating under the same ethos as the Cumbrian Potfest in the Pens events, this three-day artisan market will feature 90 ceramic artists, bringing together well-established names and emerging talent just in time for your Christmas shopping.
See an exciting mix of the sophisticated and raw power of the next generation in a bustling arts market setting. No art hype, no gallery glitz—just potters and the public mixing in a welcoming, down-to-earth environment. Held under cover, so no need to worry about the weather!
At each Potfest show, potters are invited to enter a piece of their work based on a specific theme. The theme for the 2025 shows will be announced early in the New Year. For reference, the 2024 theme was:
